John Pangilinan is a connector and influencer operating across a varied landscape of industries, scenes and cultures. Specializing in photography, content creation, brand development, event production, public relations and consultancy, John has established himself as a brand that brands rely on. For over 15 years, he has been deeply embedded in the automotive industry in a variety of capacities.

While John consistently works within the parameters of car culture, he seamlessly navigates in and around other influential industries as well. Regularly working with fashion brands, sportswear giants, influential media or with creative clients, the native Southern Californian is able to operate ahead of trends and generate positive exposure.

To date, John has worked with clients including Toyo Tires, Flexfit, Scion, Hyundai, Stance Socks, Pelican, the Pow!Wow! Long Beach art festival, Long Beach Grand Prix, Microsoft and Nike. His project cars have been featured in Motor Trend, DUB, and Super Street magazines among others and his 2013 Hyundai Veloster was awarded the President’s Choice Award by Hyundai Motor America. In addition to the decorated Veloster, he’s also built multiple vehicles for Hyundai including a Genesis Coupe R-SPEC, Santa Fe Sport, 2015 Sonata 2.0T, and a 2016 Tucson.  He won the Scion Tuner Challenge in 2008 and was runner-up in 2010.  John received a Ford design achievement award for his Ford Focus concept in 2011. In 2013, John also made SEMA News’ “35 Under 35” list.
