Much to my surprise I have been looking for this exact truck that wasn’t a total rustbucket my wife of all people found it on Facebook for sale. The 350 engine had already been rebuilt and Camed out although I do not know to what extent also the transmission was rebuilt with a shift kit and supposedly there rear end was rebuiltt. I have all the dash parts to put it back together as from factory including gauges in the bezels . I am now in the process of trying to get my new bucket seats fitted and the inside rebuilt. As far as the outside I think I’m just going to clearcoat it and leave it as it is because she don’t look bad. Because I wanted to stay original with the steering column I had it rebuilt. The wiring harness is a bit of a mess but we managed to get everything working with the lights and all.
I still have road glow lights for the underside. I have acquired all brand new front end parts although the front end is not in bad shape except the rubber is blown on all the parts so I can’t grease it.
