Vehicle Story

Roxxie, what I call my Jeep, started her life as a leftover 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU Sport S. I purchased her new in July of 2019 after waiting 30 years for a Jeep. I wanted a manual transmission and was hoping for a pretty color. I got the 6-speed, but she was black. Since the price was right I bought her! I had been planning my build for a while including her most distinguishing feature- the color. I've always loved the ocean, and living in AZ I don't get to see it very often. So, I chose to wrap my Jeep in a beautiful aqua color. Most refer to it as Tiffany blue or turquoise. I love it!!

Being new to off-roading I didn't expect to need lockers or upgraded axles when buying Roxxie. But after starting on gentle scenic trails I tried more challenging trails and discovered I love it!! So, as with most Jeeps I know, we upgraded!! I love the Jeep life and all of the beautiful places my Jeep can take us!

My current build has:

37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs (12.5xR17)

17" Raceline Avenger Beadlock wheels (rings custom painted aqua)

Dynatrac ProRock 44 front axle - with ARB air locker, Yukon 4.88 gears, and RCVs

Rear axle is a Dana 44 with upgraded Yukon chromoly axle and ARB air locker, Yukon 4.88 gears
