Hot-rod and custom-car designer Murray Pfaff founded Pfaff Designs in 2002 to meet the design needs of automotive hobbyists and high-end car builders who need to visualize their vehicles with accurate and compelling renderings. These high quality digital renderings enable builders of handcrafted vehicles to communicate the design vision to their team members, sponsors, and project owners to ensure a successful end result. The renderings are drawn to scale using actual proportions with realistic modifications. Murray likes to call it “Visual Reality”. Building upon his formal training and degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University, Murray combines his love of exotic European coach building and American hot rods with his experience in computer graphics. To add even more fuel to the creative fire is over 20 years of experience building his own cars. Murray has worked for some of the top builders, enthusiasts and magazines including HOT ROD, Corvette Fever, Truckin’, Boyd Coddington, Pro Rides, Unique Autosports, Detroit Speed & Engineering, Air Ride Technologies, Schwartz Extreme Performance, Rad Rides by Troy, Sammy Hagar, and Richard Petty. He has created over 300 awe-inspiring designs for a myriad of cars and trucks since beginning Pfaff Designs.
