Vehicle Story

Chassis:  Custom Tube frame with Heidt’s Super Ride II and Super Ride IRS rear, Full Chrome, SS and Polished All Cast components smoothed and painted Wilwood brakes and SS lines, 18” and 20” BFG G Force tires and Billet wheels.  Engine/Transmission: Chevrolet LS2 Corvette with Magnuson Supercharger, Block with case smooth and painted.  All components are Chrome, SS and Polished 4L65E Transmission with Lokar shifter.  Custom made Headers and SS exhaust with Magnaflow Mufflers.

Paint:  Main body painted PPG Blue Heaven base with five coats of PPG Glamour clear, PPG Blue Heaven base coat and PPG matte clear on Chassis, Engine, Transmission and Rear End components.  PPG V-Prime under all top coats.

Interior:  C2 Corvette style dash pods and Instrument cluster.  Glove box and console trim all handmade with custom knobs and bezels.  All garnish moldings, console components hand made from metal.  Dark brown and Irish cream distressed leather upholstery with light brown Rolls Royce carpet.

Body Modifications:   Roof:   restyled for hardtop, curved glass and chopped appearance (mostly handmade).  Body: wedge channeled 1” cowl top and firewall handmade.  Doors: modified by curved glass, hardtop, smoothed handles and hidden hinges. Front fenders: widened 1” with restyled wheel opening and leading edge profile, deleted original louver detail, custom inner fender detail and molded, sunk and Frenched in headlight buckets.  Running Boards handmade to match widened fenders and restyled design.  Rear fenders:  handmade 3” wider and positioned 4 ½” higher in modified quarter panels and tail lights molded in.  All fenders and running board have ¼” wire edge detail.  Deck Lid: sectioned and smoothed.  Hood:  top and sides restyled with unique design elements and inner hood details.  Grille: handmade from stainless steel and kept with original design elements but restyled for new proportions.  Glass: custom made curved glass for all windows and fully functional power quarter windows.  Driver and passenger windows controlled by ISIS to allow window to drop out of channel before door opens.
