Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Assist and collaborate directly with a Design Manager and creative team.
· Photoshop retouch and color correct product and lifestyle images from raw image sources as needed.
· Design and execute concepts for web, social media, digital ad and print and email marketing
· Use existing graphic template and branding guideline to deliver high quality design materials like flyers, product catalogs, POP, tradeshows and advertising, and more.
· Create and design monthly flyer for Sales Department
· Design outstanding graphic layout using typography skills.
· Optimize online image
· Assists with other jobs in marketing department as needed.
· Prepare final press-ready files based on vendor output specs.
· Organize, maintain, and distribute images files.
· Design webpage layout using CMS
Requirements:
· MUST HAVE A STRONG PORTFOLIO
· Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and understanding of assorted color spaces – for example: RGB, CMYK, Bit Depth.
· Proficiency in Salesforce Email Studio or commonly used email marketing platform like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Collaborative team member who is coachable and open to learning new ideas.
· Highly organized and ability to complete the project on time.
· 1-2 years of graphic design and professional experience
· College associates degree or above preferred
· Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
· Expert understanding of fonts and vector-based vs. raster-based design.
· Familiarity with Mac OS.
· Product photography experience is a plus, but not necessary because we will train you.
· Automotive aftermarket experience is a plus, but not necessary.
· Bilingual mandarin Chinese a plus, but not necessary.

Job Summary:
Product Return: This portion of the role is key in assessing the condition of return parts, determination of refund values, and deciding the final inventory status. Includes receiving customer returns, verifying item conditions, communicating with sales associates, consulting with production personnel, recording observation data, and updating the inventory system. It requires adherence and enforcement of our customer return policy, and inventory maintenance of any scratch and/or dent items.
Logistic Freight: This portion of the role is responsible for preparing customer orders for domestic and international freight shipments. Includes order system monitoring, calculating weight measurements, pulling items from stock, packaging products, updating order status, filling out the appropriate paperwork, and scheduling freight carrier pickups.
This person is also expected to participate in restocking efforts and clean-up duties to maintain a ready, organized and safe work environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Verify customer return items, record findings, and provide details to sales staff
- Maintain scratch and dent product inventory
- Provide freight delivery quotes (estimate weight, measurements, and cost)
- Prepare carrier paperwork, package items securely, and schedule freight pickups
- Stage and monitor completed freight orders waiting for pickup
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned or needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Clean, organize and re-stock work areas
- Appropriately dispose of recyclable scrap and waste material
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Ability to reach over and around objects to lift, move or place materials in designated areas (includes bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching above and below shoulder height)
- Lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds with assistance

We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with transmission tear down, prep and building. Must have experience with 4L80E, 4L60E, 4R70W, 700-R4 transmissions and would prefer some experience with manual transmissions. Must understand the aftermarket performance industry, we do not build to factory specifications, we build to a higher standard with the highest quality parts. Must supply your own basic tools, we will provide specialty tools. Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. The qualified candidate must have the ability to handle a transmission from start to finish. The candidate must understand quality, cleanliness and attention to detail. We do not cut corners, all transmissions are hand built by one technician, we focus on quality, all valve bodies are completely disassembled, vacuum tested and built back to the highest standards. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her transmission needs.
PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION SHOP MECHANIC

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with mechanical working of muscle cars and performance vehicles.
