Designer Street Rods

     Rodney officially started Designer Street Rods in 2002 at 20 years old but had been working on cars long before that.  Self taught, he started out painting concrete trucks then moved on to doing small jobs on antique cars in a building behind his parents' house.  He finished his first complete restoration at eighteen years old.  A 1969 Camaro that the customer still owns, has never had any other work done to it, and still looks as good as the day it was completed.  Rodney believes that uncompromising quality and workmanship is the only way to build cars. Rodney has always said that if you build a quality car it should only have to be built once.  The business has grown exponentially over the last few years but the fundamental values remain the same.  Build show quality, award winning automobiles that the customer will enjoy driving for many years to come.
